Oh ok, it’s a repeat of an earlier plan but I’ve got to have one to make me happy.

Build mileage (general prep)

Build Aerobic Resistance (quantitative fundamental)

Build Aerobic Power (quality fundamental)

Marathon Specific (specifc)

Should take a 9 months or so.

So I started with 4 miles again.  I mean, isn’t it obvious that the starts and stops were indicative of no plan?


From → Running

  1. Nine months or so… coincides with the MDI Marathon.. any interest?

  2. That, or the one in Portland. I haven’t done that. I figure an October race would give lots of opportunities. Not opposed to MDI. It is a good race, but a little hilly!
